Artist and art instructor, Gonzalo Ruiz Navarro, demonstrates how to paint a color wheel in oils using only blue, yellow, red and white. In addition to the primary, secondary and tertiary colors at their maximum intensity, this color wheel shows several inner rings with decreased intensity.
